Ice for mobile beverage cart
I am brand new to this and still in the planning phase. My product is similar to lemonade or iced tea. My biggest concern is ICE! I've worked in busy bars and restaurants and know how quickly you can run out on a busy night with an ice machine.
I'm looking to keep this as simple and affordable as possible to start. I'll test run at our farmers market which runs for 4 hours.
I'd love some advice on best methods and how much ice I might go through in a day.
