Illinois Permits and Insurance? Wed, 10/27/10 1:07 AM (permalink)
Hello All,
I'm a long time seeker, first time poster and was wondering if anyone can offer any help of advice with Illinois laws, permits, and insurance help. I have helped run a festival stand for a few years for a restaurant, but am basing out on my own now. I am a college student so I have plenty of free resources, lawyor, professors, and S.C.O.R.E. but don't exactly know how to get started. Thanks and I really do appreciate and help and advice and I look forward to becoming a regular Roadfoodf family member!
Take Care
Dom
