I'm building a 8 x 20 log cabin style BBQ Concession Trailer. Sat, 11/14/09 9:11 PM (permalink)
I'm building a 8 x 20 log cabin style BBQ Concession Trailer and I would like to know where i can pick up some huge Turkey legs in the Midwest(Chicago). I'm having some difficulty in finding a Wholesaler that distributes giant turkey legs. I have found all that I need but the giant turkey legs.

Why? What are you going to pull it with a semi?

Are you looking for smoked turkey drumsticks or fresh/frozen ones?  If you are looking for smoked ones, this website offers some suggestions of places you could try:

Hey Doc, I hope not that is what I have sitting in my shop right now, half finished.  I'm putting a 7x14' building with a 6' front porch on a 20' double axle trailer and plan on pulling it with my F-250.   The only difference is I will have an event grill on the front instead of a smoker.

Boy you need to watch the weight thing and the ensuing gas consumption to get from your house to the job. When you start adding water tanks, equipment, and supplies it adds up fast.
