Mossman, when it was all said and done, it cost me about $3,700. It was kinda pricey for me but it's gonna be cheaper than opening a restaurant.

so how does that work? Dogs in water and then you finish on the griddle? Or is the griddle for the buns?

Captain, I'll use the steamers for the 8/1 dogs and the griddle for 4/1 and bacon wrapped dogs. Ill prolly do burgers as well.
