It's been many a year since I was last there, but the cafe is still in existence, according to my latest information. Jake's Cafe, in Ritzville, Washington, makes (or, at least, used to make) incredibly thick and delicious milkshakes, served in the mixing container. We loved them, and would go there every time we passed through the area.

It depends on what you're looking for. Chinese is almost invariably disappointing, laden with MSG. Thai is usually very good. Czech cuisine is not my favorite, I must admit. You may want to go to www.expats.cz and take a look at the restaurant reviews, posted by a man with the username of Brewsta.
