The Jackson House has great burgers and Hoagies. Open for lunch only. The Subway Cafe on Herr street just west of Cameron is a great old tavern with very good tavern pizza. If you are there while the Broad street Farmers market is open it's worth a stop. Not as good as Reading Terminal or even Lancaster's Central Market, but some good meat and produce stands.

Sunnyside Restaurant in Carlisle, PA was awesome if you are venturing a little north.
