does anyone know what type of insulation is best to be used in a hot dog cart? and where would i begin to find it? thank

thank you... is that the type of insulation that is about 1/4v of an inch. and is silver?

I wouldn't think it matters, as long as it's fire-proof if it's in an area of high heat or open flame.
