Crying like a toddler over missing this one. 1000s of biscuits, country ham, gallons of preserves. Intensely jealous of all the good folks in Knoxville TN right now

Being a Knoxville native, I have been there for several years in a row.  Two years ago, one of our posters, Fred Sauceman was a featured speaker and another person known to many of us was Alan Benton of Bentons Hams.  One unique establishments in Madisonville, TN that many of us have visited is always there cooking his bacon and ham.  Great biscuits with many different recipes.
