Masala in the Iowa City business district near the University of Iowa campus offers an inexpensive Indian vegetarian all-you-can-eat meal for $10. No alcohol, but iced tea and soft drinks are available. Try the chickpea and eggplant stews. Good nan and well-prepared rice.
