LOL. Since I un-retired and am once again working six days a week dinners are spontaneous. After sitting on my butt and going stir crazy I got back in the saddle again.

Another great meal John. You still are "The Man". As I have said before I think you are probably one of the best cooks on this site.
I know what you mean about going back to work. I have been retired for a year and a half and have started looking for a part-time job. Alas, there is not much out there but hopefully something will turn up.
Keep cooking and posting those great pictures.
