Island Time Hot Dogs carts?

Does anyone have any experience with Island Time carts? Also, they advertise that their carts "utilizes a 12 volt powered Hot/Cold water supply as do all our carts." If someone could explain what that means, I'd appreciate it.

12 volt powered Hot/Cold Probably uses a car battery for power. They are 12 volts. Instead of a generator or exrtension cord. MikeS.

Agree with Mike. Just the power supply voltage (probably a motorcyle battery) to run the water pump. But in my many years researching hot dog carts, I have to say I never heard of the Island Time carts..
