What do you think of this ordinance?
Nothing coming out of this city suprises me, I lived on Vallejo St. in 1971, it was wacky then, now it's off the charts!

Ok, guys-is this one of those old ordinances that never was challenged? We have thousands of those in Wisconsin. The minute people pass the line of modern society, the "law" is updated. Really, chewy?
