Not sure why you have your tightys in a bunch, thinking you need to stand up for this guy. Probably unlike you and I, if he REALLY has a desire to do this, you would think he would do the info legwork on his own. It's not the 70's, everything is on the internets somewhere. BTW no Dome for me, that's so 80's. I got me a 20 year old version of Quick Books.      Everyone seems to have cabin fever, I know I do.

How much income does it take for a hot dog slingers to hire an accountant and an attorney. Let's see a show of hands. How many of you slingers have an accountant and an attorney on your payroll? What a laugh, hilarious, ha, ha ha! This place is as funny a Martin and Lewis . Maybe even as funny as Abbott and Costello. Possibly as funny as Laurel and Hardy.

 
I couldn't find anything posted here about having an attorney/accountant on your payroll, I did suggest that these questions be directed at one or the other, big difference.
I have an accountant, he does my business and personal stuff, once a year, but if I have an accounting question during the year, I can call and ask.
Same goes with an attorney, pick up the phone, tell them that you need A,B,C, they do it, you pay, pretty simple stuff.
So if you have a 72 Nova, a $700 cart and rent a $500 a month apartment, a Sole Prop might be ok, but if you own a home and have other assets, you better have some sort of protection.
Another thing, how many of you have Commercial Liability insurance on your vehicle? Get in an accident pulling that dog cart, good luck getting your carrier to cover you.

Doggone! And here I was thinking it was OK to have an accountant do my taxes when I needed them done and an attorney when something came up that required legal assistance. I didn't realize I was supposed to have them on my payroll.

Grammar exists for this very reason.   While chefbubba says it in a humorous way, and i agree with him, you need to put forth the effort to make your posts discernible if you want help.

I just switched from spreadsheets to GNucash.
 
Although, i am still using my spread sheets just in case i screw up this gnucash thing.
 
Gnucash is a free open source accounting software and i am finding it is really useful.  I am too cheap to drop a couple hundo on quick books.

Hey guys,
Some folks still do not care to fool with computers for simple booking. My wife did the books for my Masonry Business  dealing with tons of Brick, Mortar, Sand, Payroll, FICA, Workers Comp, Social Security, Liability Ins for everything, Bonds and the list goes on and on using the DOME system for years. After a few weeks she could do the DOME system by hand weekly or monthly faster than some computers will boot up. Lol!
