    Hi moneypenny,

Pronounced "itinitz" - Didn't Al Gore invent the "itinitz"???

    LONG DEAD SILENCE.................................................

Now that I stuck my 2 cents in, I hope that you actually do find a recipe

    Best for the holidays,
    Stan...

These are good places to start:

A forum based out of Great Britton

    http://forum.sausagemaking.org/

And Len Poli, probably the most repected sausage makers in the world today

    http://home.pacbell.net/lpoli/

Len also helps out on this Yahoo group

    http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Sausage-List/?yguid=323288899

    I hope this helps,

    Mitch

    Hello moneypenny,
I come from a Bohemian family and I got the recipe my dad used. It's a complicated recipe with hog parts that you can get but it takes a long time to make it come out right. I've made it before when I was on the farm and we butchered our own hogs. then I got some extra ingredients at the butcher shop and was in business. The thing I want to ask you is..... did you find any recipes in your search...I think there's a recipe out there that tastes about the same but is a lot easier to put together.
