I was just thinking about the dessert Swiss Roll and did a search here on RF. There were 3 threads devoted to SR. So I did one on Jelly Roll which I thought would be more common. Guess who? No mentions at all. So who wants to say something about Jelly Rolls?

OK, well maybe how about Alternative Forms of Jelly Rolls (creme, ice cream etc)? Or maybe Different Flavors in Jelly Used in Jelly Rolls? Or maybe folk/blues songs about Jelly Rolls (oops!)

My grandpa used to make the typical jellyroll (cake with fruit spread and rolled up). My mom made one for one of our little cousin's BD that had the cake, then chocolate pudding, rolled up, chocolate - whipped cream frosting. I think he was one or two - man did he have a good time! Darcy
