Jimmy's of Savin Rock - closing?

I heard something on the news yesterday that Jimmy's of Savin Rock (in W. Haven, CT)plans to close and was wondering if anybody else knew anything about this. I can't seem to find anything online. Thanks.

I remember reading a while ago that the Gagliardis were having problems with the city of West Haven about plans they had to build something on property they own along the shore next to the restaurant. As I recall, the city was refusing to permit them to do it. Frankly, it wouldn't bother me a bit to see them shut down. It may still have the name and it may still be owned by the same family, but it's not really Jimmy's of Savin Rock, and it hasn't been since it moved.
