As far as me being ignorant or rude, that my dear saps is your opinion which means little, but I think many would beg to differ.

I am sorry you did not enjoy you sandwich from Mannys, but judging from the lines at lunch time they must be doing something right.

I wouldn't equate long lines with good food. 
Places like Olive Garden have long waits as well.
The attraction of Manny's is that it is the best deli in Chicago.  Which isn't saying much.  Their meats, such as roast beef, corned beef, and pastrami, can't even get close to the stuff on the east coast, and I've had better pastrami in a multitude places.  They do make some pretty good things there, however, but their lunch meats aren't worth the time or money.
