Looking to buy a Franchise from Johny's hot dogs. Can anyone tell me about them?

Do you mean Johnnys Lunch ?

    http://www.johnnyslunch.com/

    HQ in Toledo Ohio ?

I checked their website menu, it does not appear that the menu is too complex (you can do all these items yourself) AND it looks like the "Johnnys Lunch" brand is pretty new to most of the country. What are you really getting for your franchise fees ? Some consultants to hold your hand and teach you how to cook a hot dog, and steam the bun ? Then you probably have to buy overpriced supplies from them once your locked in. I wouldn't do it.

Jonidydd, no I have never heard of Johnnies. Yikes...70k for a trailer??? You can get something much more efficent for a lot less $$$. Here's a question...can you not cook a hot dog???? Just come up with your own condiments. why pay all that when you can get a lot more for less money??? And why do you want to go with a franchise? To me this looks like a start up and after you pay the fees and 70K you're on your own. My advice, IMHO....stay away and venture on your own.

Was looking at the Franchise becouse they seem to have an expedient way to place portable restraunt in front of Home Depot. It is part of the franchise agreement.
