Katz Deli (NYC) on Sopranos? Mon, 04/23/07 4:04 PM (permalink)
So, maybe my eyes were fooling me, but for the briefest of split seconds, it looked like Hersh (Tony's jewish pal) was taking a phone call in Katz Deli (the home of the best pastrami sandwich east of the Mississippi). This was as Tony was bemoaning his bad luck on a couple of football games.

I'll have to take a look in the replays, but can anyone verify these what these old eyes have seen?

Well, if another pair of middle-aged eyes (and brain) are any help, I did have a sense of deja vu, and Katz's briefly ran through my memory output, during that scene.
BTW, the character's name is Hesh, not Hersh.
