I thought you hated bacon.

Only when someone wraps it around my house!

Is it possible to cook a cheesesteak on the Orion?

That would be exciting.

What's an Orion?

Negatory, Big Ben. Bacon ought to only be allowed from an Honest to God Pig, by Law, just like Nature intended.

I have coupons and when really crispy it's just like jerky. I don't even like turkey.

Turkey jerky sounds worse than turkey bacon. Unless you were talking about crispy coupons.

Subway bread is a frozen loaf -just needs reheating.

Not that I like subway, but in fact the breads are par baked, and if done properly can be very difficult to distinguish from fresh baked.

I don't hate Subway but I can't understand how they are not aware that so many people dislike that smell. Whatever it is...it does not smell like fresh bread baking.

If Subway was a house for sale...that smell would not be like the apple pie to seal the deal...and no Saint statue buried in the front garden would save the day.

I don't like the smell of the baking bread either... I also don't like the consistency of it. It's like thin squishy cardboard, but with less flavor than cardboard. Some of these fast food places, I'd love to be a fly on the wall for their focus groups, when they decide to go with the strangest choices for what they think people will like.

I'll put ketchup on a cheesesteak if it's not a very good cheesesteak. I'd rather have a smidge of A-1 on it though.

I like turkey bacon and turkey ham.  We've had the turkey franks before and they aren't bad.  Better than some of the franks they have around here that are mushy.

No ketchup on any sandwich, burger or hot dog.

I cook the turkey bacon.

I think I'd do well in the Roadfood Olympic events...so I don't worry much about turkey bacon.

No on a regular trip report nobody would ever mention fat sodium eating 10 meals a day. So adults will decide for themselves.

Snotty responses?

That's your opinion. I never called you snotty or anything else.

It's not a trip report. However considering the warnings that could and are never mentioned on those...no need for them here.

I'll put some ketchup on the kind of cheesesteak that's constructed from deli roast beef heated in a grill (fairly common in NY delis). What I am baffled by is the fact that anyone on earth would be upset by what someone else puts ketchup on.

I am baffled why people would care about what other people are upset about...when it comes to putting ketchup on anything.

I agree wholeheartedly on that!
The ONLY thing that Ketchup belongs on are French Fries and to make it taste even better you add a few drops of Tobasco sauce to liven it up!

I put ketchup on a famous Piccolo's Clam Bar cheesesteak.

Patty Piccolo says that's perfectly fine . If not...you're free to talk to Patty Piccolo about that.

Good luck! Godspeed!
