I do like it with eggs, hash browns or homefries and toast.

We eat reindeer sausage here for breakfast so I could just as easily eat kielbasa.

That's real. Bite into a garlic clove and you're Roumanian.

The way I like to serve it is smoked (again) for 4-5 hours using a combination of cherry & apple wood...keeping the temp around 200F. Slice it & then simmer in baked beans on low for a couple of hours in a crock. Great place to check out in NH is www.ncsmokehouse.com they do a pretty good mailorder business & you can just go to their store in Claremont. Pretty close to where 89 & 91 meet. Have never been to the "left coast" to sample....but between North Country Smokehouse & Karls Sausage Kitchen in Saugus, MA...i'm o.k. with hanging out here.

Kielbasa, scallions, and scrambled eggs on toasted seeded rye is the greatest breakfast ever made!

Perkins has kielbasa and eggs on their menu and I had it last Saturday. The Kielbasa was very sweet, unusually so.

No one mentioned making Kielbasa Hash and eggs for breakfast. MMMMMM, how good would that be? Anyone ever tried it? I may have a project for the weekend! DD
