LP gas steamtable vs. countertop hot food warmer

Hello,
I'm upgraded a food truck I bought used. Yesterday I discarded a rusted out Supreme Metal HF-3G-LP gas steam table. I am going to order a new one; however, someone suggested I go with a countertop electric hot food warmers instead. I'll be serving smoked pulled pork, smoked brisket, collards, corn, beans, etc.
What do you think is the better choice?
Thanks.

We have a counter top electric in our truck.  It pulls 10amps.  I can run my whole truck off a 15amp power source if I don't use the steam table.  We have a 6000w Generator which easily will power it but it makes the genny cycle up and down which is really annoying.

Run gas on the steam table and you can take advantage of free power when available and cheaper 110 power when you have to pay for it.  This is a big advantage IMO on several day events instead of running a generator 24/7 or paying double for the 220v power.

I'm going with a gas steam table for similar reasons. I'm still building, but I've moved all heat sources to gas and reduced my electric power way down. With a fridge and prep table I should pull under 15 amps. I'm not sure yet what my hood fans will pull.

Thank you Inkys, I went with the gas steam table also.  Ordered it online for $810 plus $145 freight.  It is a Supreme Metal HF-3G-LP model.  It's supposed to be delivered October 10th.
