WOW! That looks great. I'd love to get the recipe for that Shrimp dish with roasted garlic and a thin sauce.

Easy one.  The secret to the thin sauce is a cover on your sauce pan.

Oil, Garlic, I don't brown mine as much as the ones pictured.
    Then
Crushed or diced tomatoes till the bubble.
Toss in shrimp, they should only take about 1 minute to cook.

Keep the pan covered at all times and the sauce will not thicken.

    Mangia!

I was given a similar recipe many years ago by a (since departed) old Italian chef.
First, I usually keep a tub of my simple, home made marinara sauce in the fridge.
      Sauce:
3-5 cloves of fresh garlic crushed and sauteed in EVOO along with salt and some hot pepper flakes. Before the garlic browns, add a 28oz. can of the tomato product of your choice. Let it cook down about 25 minutes and your done.
      Shrimp marinara:

Large peeled (fresh vs. previously frozen if possible) shrimp dusted with flour.
Saute shrimp in EVOO for only a few minutes. Remove and set aside.
To the pan add 1/4 cup dry vermouth or white wine and a little fresh lemon juice and reduce.
Add marinara sauce and reduce a bit. Then, add shrimp and fresh parsley and fresh lemon juice  to taste.
Finish cooking shrimp for only a few more minutes and, voila! Your done.

      You'll love it! I promise.

Twinwillow, that sounds so good. I have some shrimp in the freezer, now I know what to do with them. Thank you!
