After I retired in 2005, I took a consulting position with a firm in Lafayette, LA and I spent quite a bit of time around there and I attended the boudin festival and it was outstanding. Lotsa other Cajun food there also. I sure do like that area. One of my favorite roadfood places there was T-Coons for breakfast and lunch.
