Where will you be staying, will you have a car.

I can personally vouch for quality of buffets at Bellagio, Paris, and Green Valley Ranch. GVR offers best value, but it is far from the Strip. Paris has a great breakfast buffet, which if you arrive near the end, it rolls right into lunch. Bellagio best bet is for lunch.. Almost the same menu as dinner, but significantly cheaper. Mirage just finished revamping their buffets, and are getting good reviews.

You will hear much about the Rio, they were the first of the so called Super Buffets, but theirs is now tired and overpriced. Their Village Seafood Buffet is separate from the Carnival Buffet and is located in Masquerade Village. I have not had it. It is not cheap.

Check out www.lasvegasadvisor.com There may be some good info there.

I've been to the seafood buffet at the Rio. It was a bit disappointing, for the 23 dollar admission price. It wasn't bad, but when your most memorable recollection of a buffet is the price, that's not a good sign.
