Last Meal Before The Mayan Apocalypse?

So, with the end of the world coming next Friday, 12/21, what's going to be your Last Meal?
Will it be exotic or plain?
Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner?
Mexican, Polish or Italian or something else?
All my favorite meals are Breakfasts so I'm going to be eating Breakfasts all next week!
Starting with Poached Eggs on good, toasted and buttered Sourdough Bread. Simple but delicious!
What is your rock solid, drop dead, favorite as a last meal?

I'll break out the Pappy Van Winkle 23 year old Bourbon for an Old Fashioned. If the world is ending...I only have to make one ice sphere look nice.

If it has to be something I can actually have, then I'd go with breakfast also. Scrambled eggs dotted with Tabasco, buttermilk biscuits with sausage gravy, grits with butter and cheese, thick-cut bacon, and homemade pancakes with real maple syrup.

If we're just dreaming, then I want the world's biggest crawfish boil.

Definitely breakfast: Maybe Panettone French toast and thick-cut hickory smoked bacon.  Yeah--and real maple syrup.  Add a cream biscuit to that. :)

Ice sphere? You have to go to Nashville for one of those.

I might have a deep-fried breaded pork tenderloin sandwich in Indiana because we are driving to Williamsburg, Virginia that day. Then onto Washington, DC metro area for Christmas.

I had to think about this one......I guess I would want a bountiful buffet of seafood-oysters every which way, shrimp, crablegs, with good french bread, and perhaps some good brie cheese.

If I could be confident about their prediction, a fifth of the finest bourbon I could find, (corn whiskey, in honor of the Mayans).

Then I'd be praying for the END so as to spare me the hangover!

I'm with Ann - I would have to do icy fresh raw oysters - Gulf shrimp - Alaskan king crablegs - and a very rare prime rib with a bottle(s) of Merlot.

Since The End is Friday should I plan on doing this Thursday night?

Ann - I'm with you, has to be some great seafood dishes, maybe some bbq'd shrimp or char-grilled oysters to start - Actually, I'd be happy with just a cold beer and some boiled crabs.
