Believe me I am adapting. I am a very strong person and as I stated before, I am not tryin to elicit sympathy, I am merely trying to explain the frustration of trying to do the stuff that you never knew how to do.

I think I got the hang of the digita refrigerator, compator, stove, washer and dryer and microwave. Those things talk to you and demand an answer and when I tried to answer, they did not understand.

I took some of your advie and got some of the stuff set. I finally got some of it done however the laundrary ran for four hours last night.I finally got it stopped and put in the dryer where it ran for the entire night. Fortunatly it was very dry though.

I hate the alarms in the middle of the night indicating that I did something wrong. UusuallyI he had two drinks and at that point, it is a major problem.

One other thing that I have failed to mention is the burgular alarm. I set it each evening and I have set it off two times. First time I have done that in years. Must be alcohol. Cops do not appreciate that. I have no idea how I set it off. Judi would never set it off.

The Lady VOLS will perhaps help me with my digital household problems. We are so exscited that I have set off my burgular alarm twice tonight accidentally. I guess the cops will fine me?

Another issue just came up. I got rid of my old TV and bought a new HDTV Panasonic 42 inch job. Suppose to be plug and play right? Wrong!!! The salesperson at HHGregg sold me a surround system to go with the TV along with headphones that were wireless. All I had to do was plug them in?? Wrong and it did not happen.

Too many gadgets on the new TV and getting the remote to work correctly is impossible.

I truly enjoy HDTV though. Apparently I have a big account with comcast as I get at least 50 movie channels except I never know what is on. I punched the wrong button the other night and it was two days before I got my TV working again. Too many buttons.

Just one of the many things I am adjusting to.
