Dug some leftovers out of the refrigerator, sliced up the butt and foiled a few ribs. Ribs went in the oven for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

I see a lot of posts asking how to reheat pulled pork. I use a steamer insert in a pot for pulled/sliced pork; I have a couple of different size ones.

A little water in the bottom, meat in the steamer, and five minutes later you have warm, moist leftovers.

A good way to describe Sonny's would be 'fine until you have the real thing'...

The ribs look good, but I've coughed up better looking things than the pork. It looks rubbery.

Looks can be deceiving, moist, warm, and tender. It can be reheated in other ways that would dry it out, I prefer this.

You need to examine your eating or smoking habits if you are coughing anything up.
