Fireworks are legal in Texas and there is a long list of where to get them. You can't shoot fireworks inside the city limits of Houston or Conroe but if outside city limits your good to go! Texas having access to the shipping ports there's not as much freight attached to the price of fireworks I guess. Freedom, Liberty, Independence Day or 4th of July or New Year, the State of Texas has not taken away a long time American tradition of FIREWORKS. The best buy fireworks that I have found is a website got no duds.com buy fireworks online and save on your fireworks displays. It's like wholesale fireworks online, rockets, artillery shells, firecrackers, fireworks assortmets, sparklers you name it. The best thing besides cheap fireworks or discount fireworks is they have all the big stuff that you cant find every where. Got No Duds.com in Spring, Texas sells artillery shells fireworks like Lock & Load, Black Mamba, and Excalibur, If you guys out there know your fireworks these artillery shells are the most powerfull sold to the public. They have 3" multi shot racks ( looks and performs like commercial fireworks). Also check out this awesome fireworks blog called Fireworks Jungle.com in the great state of Texas. Buy fireworks legal in Texas.

joerogo In Pa. all the fireworks stores are on the borders. You can only buy the "Big Stuff" in Pa if you are from out of state. Crazy laws huh. Actually Joe, you can go to your local municipal building and get a permit for class 2 fireworks, and you can then buy them and use them in PA. Applicable PA law: DISPLAY FIREWORKS Display Permit Apply to local authorities, in writing, at least 15 days in advance. Business entity performing, providing or supervising fireworks displays or exhibitions for profit must register annually with the Attorney General. Insurance Required, in amount deemed adequate by local AHJ. Operator No license specifically required in state law.

When I was a kid in Chicago even sparklers were outlawed. All we could buy was smokes and snakes. In denver I got my first taste of bottle rockets. I was addicted. Every nickle I made duinr the end of June and first week of July went to feed my addiction. My Dad would get sick of them the 1st few days tgey came out abd i would be reminded to go to an empty lot, Such A Pyro I was. I had to burn yup whatever I got right then. I dont think they ever lasted til after dark when you could enjoy them. Here in Dayton as wella s Denver they have fireworks wholesalers that open to the public for a few weeks. Since all the goodies are illegal you have to sign a waiver stating that you were taking them oit of state. The biigest ammo you could get was 1"1/2 black cats. No M-80s or Cherry Bombs, darm. Nopw In Mississippi you could buy the whole shebang Even mini rockets with a color spray when they got high enough. The rocket part was about the size if a toilet paper tube! What I couldnt believe was the "weapons" you could buy in Berlin! Full sized rockest. M-40's and 20'3 as well as Twine bombs. Those little devils were a square box about 3" accross! They would blow a hole in the concrete side walk. What were they thinking in a big city similar to NY!

Currently in North Dakota you can pretty much buy everything up to some pretty massive rockets. What you are allowed to shoot off though varies municipality to municipality. Seeing how municipalities are far and few, most of the state being wide open country, you're pretty much good to go.
