Lexington KY to Charlotte NC on a Sunday

Can someone help? Gonna be travelling on a Sunday so the Beacon Drive In is closed. I have a dog in the car with me so I can't go inside anywhere. Drive-ins, carry out, BBQ, etc?
Lexington KY to Charlotte NC via I-75, I-40, I-26 and SR 74.
