Lights For Night Gigs

I coulda sworn I saw a thread about this before, but couldn't find it on the search. Anyway, I'm probably gonna be working outside a local bar on Friday & Saturday nights for at least a while, and the building's lights don't give me quite enough light. Anyone know of any fairly cheap lights they'd recommend? I probably won't have access to power unless I hook it to my car battery or something.

Methais I coulda sworn I saw a thread about this before, but couldn't find it on the search. Anyone know of any fairly cheap lights they'd recommend? I probably won't have access to power unless I hook it to my car battery or something. That was probably a thread I created. I was having the same issue. I ended up buying a fog light from Kragens auto parts. It was about 20 bucks and I can attach it to my battery I use for my water pump. Or you can just buy and extra small 12 volt battery. I also bought a tent LED light that runs on batteries for an emergency back up for my cooking area ($10 Walmart). The advise told to me was to make sure the lights aren't close to the food due to it attracting bugs.

I would definetly go with LEDs - need small power and are pretty indestructable.

Another nice thing about LEDs is that they are shatter proof keeps the HD happy
