Linden's Cookies

Back in the day in Junior high and high school, they use to sell the Linden's chocolate chip(3 in a pack), along with butter crunch, oatmeal raisin and fudge. A pack or 2 of those along with two small cartons of chocolate milks and you was heaven. In many cases that would be my lunch for the day. Still sell em to this day in corner stores and bodegas around NYC. Anyone remember these cookies?

I do recall that they sold Linden Chocolate Chip cookies in my high school's cafeteria. At first I liked them--until I realized that they were really over-sweetened. I think that they drew kids in because of the very high sugar content, not due to anything else about those cookies.
