Live the dream in the caribbean 4-6 months

Seeking for someone that wants to live the dream for 4 - 6 months maybe longer in the Caribbean. I just took over a great setup and realized I am way over my head. Seeking to lease the kitchen out of this amazing beach bar surf shop. Set right on the Caribbean sea in Frederiksted,St Croix USVI

It's just that it is extraordinarily expensive to live there, and income does not match the costs. Plus, being what locals call a "Continental" means a good deal of discrimination.

That is true that locals to these islands do not like outsiders working on their island. I have seen it on the island of Anguilla(next to St Maartin). They love to take the tourists money but do not want you taking their jobs.
