Anyone know where I can buy in bulk, raw Sausages a la Lockhart style, and have them shipped to my store?

Try, Meyer's Elgin Smokehouse in Elgin Texas. Their (excellent) sausages are sold in Dallas' better markets. Also try Kuby's in Dallas. They also make their own.

Thanks, I just put in an order for 25 lbs of hot and 25 lbs. of garlic sausage, gonna try it out here in Maryland, see if I can get it to catch on. Worst case I'll turn it into a sausage, potato chowder!

That might even make a trip to Maryland worthwhile.

        Not the chowder.

An interesting experiment in regional 'preferences'.

I can vouch for some of the sausage links and pieces we got at Louis Muellers, Smittys and Black's on our last Texas Tour. We bought a bunch at Green's Sausage near Temple Texas as well. The Jalapeno/cheese links were Outstanding !

Al, Meyers has the Jalapeno/cheese variety, and 3 others, Sage, Beef, and Regular, I'll get them all if the customers here catch on, I'm looking forward to it!
