The Aurora Farmer's Fair committee is looking for a Cajun Food Vendor to come to the http://www.aurorafarmersfair.org This fair is located in SE Indiana not far from Cincinnati. If anyone is interested please contact me Thanks Donald

NY Pizza Hut, They look like the solution! Figured out your acronym and found their web site. A very extensive catering menu for sure. Having lived in the FL Panhandle and having made many trips to NOLA and other parts of LA, I became a Cajun Food Junkie. Learned to cook like a Cajun too!.
