Looking for 1/3 size 2" high steam pan riser

I switching from boiling to steaming and I need to get some steam pan riser inserts. I have one that is 3/4 of an inch high and I go through water super fast. I saw one online that was 2" high but they want an arm and a leg for it. I'm hoping someone here can lend a hand. I've searched ebay and amazon and I haven't found much of anything. Part of the problem is that there are numerous names. I've attached a photo so you can see what I'm talking about.

One option you can do for cheap is to use what is called Wire Pan Grate Third Size Product ID: UPI-PG510. These are .99 each on a website on line. You can stack as many as you want in the pan to get the height you want. However they are not SS and are chrome plated and will rust after some time. I have some and use them on ocassion. You might could find them that are ss. My suggestion is to go with a spillage pan setup if you are going to steam. I myself do not like steaming and prefer the dirty water dog method. You have to decide what works best for you and what your customers like. I also have a grill I can toss a dog or sausage on if the customer prefers that...

Like you I prefer to steam my dogs. I was unable to find the riser you are looking for also. What I did was take a one third 4" pan and drilled holes in the bottom. I inserted that pan into a one third 6" pan and in effect created the riser. Incidentally in spite of the fact that I have created a steam pan I also use a spillage pan on my unit which makes it much easier to control the heat. I don't have to constantly monitor the temperature, I just let the water in the spillage tray boil away and nothing ever burns. I do the same thing to steam my buns. You can of course use any size pan you want. I recently bought a half pan already drilled in which I steam my buns at a large event.
