Looking for Hot dogs in Richmond

Hey y'all
There was a hot dog "cart" (also did gyros and burgers) that parked outside of the Library of Virignia (my place of employment). He was around for about a year and disappeared in fall 2005. He reappeared briefly right before Thanksgiving and told me his grandmother died and he'd been in Greece. He sold Sabrett's dogs and hot sausages and had real good gyros. Does anyone know this guy? I think he might have posted a couple of times here. If you know him and he's opened in a different location let me know!
