I was eating some chili today and it made me think about PJ8. WHERE O WHERE DID YOU GO??? Come back and enlighten us on the goodness of that which we call Chili.

I miss him also. Anyone remember Chef Joe? Last time I heard from him (and after he sent me an autographed copy of his killer cook book (  ...), he said he was off to Europe to make Chocolate. This was quite a while back. Chef & Papa Joe, where art thou?

He yall, Thanks for the concern! I have tried to keep up with reading the posts but have not made any posts latly. I am still real busy w/ busness stuff. I hate when that hapens! I'll try to make a few post when I can. Anything new in the world of chili??? Joe

Ah, the In-A-Tubs, I have made a few tries PB but no recipe I'm ready to post. How bout you? Where is that thread? As for pictures, my grandaughter just got a camera and knows how to put the pics on the PC. Maybe I can get her to help me? I do think that Tubs and JNB got their fried taco idea from the early taco cooks in Austin. Joe
