Looking for Seafood Newburg recipe from Gadsby Tavern in Alexandria, VA...

Can't find this anywhere.  It is a very tasty and light Newburg sauce, unlike I have had anywhere else.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!

How was it different from most of the other thick creamy sauces?

It was very light and not in its own dish.  The crab, lobster and shrimp appeared to have been mixed in it and then plated. So the seafood's taste was enhanced rather than overtaken by the sauce.

They may go very light on the flour, in order to keep thin or add something like Clam juice, to thin it.
