Looks like too much paperwork to be filled out in the first post.
I think those questions are reasonable considering it's a casting "cattle call"...they really want somebody who is not only a "foodie" but also outgoing enough to have already established at least some kind of presence, even if only online...

Plus, I don't have a video camera for the audition.
Borrow, rent, or buy one...they're not that expensive these days...did you know that a feature movie was made with a (highly tricked out) smart phone camera...??? Granted that had a super high quality modified broadcast lens and a special eyepiece that fed a video recorder...
1 out of 1,000 persons WILL be able to answer those questions with ease...and if you gather up 100 of these type people, a handful will actually have what it REALLY takes...
Have you noticed that even
some of the "losers" of those chopped and network star shows end up with a Tv show...??? They might not "win" but still have enough skills that can be built upon...usually they just need to grow as "Talent" i.e look at the camera more, include the name of the show / network more often, be able to read off a teleprompter (not a natural skill, but can be learned)...not everybody is a great chef and not everybody is a "natural" when it comes to being Talent, so being a combination of the two does require work, insight, introspection, talent, curiosity, and dedication...not impossible for the
right person...
