We didn't have McDonald's in Vietnam but we did have Jollibee and Lotteria, which I thought was a much better chain. http://www.lotteria.co.jp/index.html They don't have an English language link anymore. The one on the Vietnamese website has been disabled. I guess, since I don't live in Vietnam anymore there's no reason... :)
