Louisiana Chicken

I was driving through South Central the other day and noticed that all of the "Louisiana Chicken" places have become dry cleaners and 1-dollar Chinese food. Does anyone know what happened to this chain, or want to reminisce?

how about the one on Century Blvd in Inglewood? (just east of Hollywood Park Casino, where I used to work)

I vaguely remember that it was right next to a laundromat, etc...
did that one get overtaken, as well?!?

I thought the chicken tasted pretty decent, (and not greasy like Popeyes, and KFC)..

I drove from the 110 to Crenshaw and MLK to go to M&M's Soul Food, then drove south on Hawthorne to Redondo Beach, so I passed 3 of them that had metamorphosized (but still had the original sign hanging).
