Love them Krystal Hamburgers and Chili pups

Does anyone have any idea how to copy Krystal's hamburgers and chili pups. Love them, but there is not a Krystals in this town and I don't feel like driving 70 miles to the nearest restaurant. I like these better than White Castles. Please help.

take $500,000.00 and open a francise?? seriously though I think it was Bobby Flay who showed how to roll out groundmeat on a 1/2 sheet, salt&pepper, cut into squares then steam over onions. I forget what he used for buns, sorry no clue on where to get "pups"

I was wrong. I just checked and Alton Brown did not do his miniburgers over onions. He rolled out the meat and used a pizza cutter to cut the meat into squares, then he grilled them. He used what he described as three-inch buns.

I've been rolling out ground beef for 30 years on wax paper with a rolling pin for White Castles at home. Bobby Flay hasn't done anything original except using Chipotle peppers in everything. He's a dufus. Slider at home= roll your meat between two pieces of wax paper very thin with a rolling pin. Don't forget to add Gerber's strained veal to the mix.Unreconstitute some minced onion. Use a straw to make holes in the meat, and freeze. Get your electric griddle heated up and ...well you know the rest.

Professor Jeepguy. Thanks for your input. How would we ever survive without intelligent people like you on hand to correct us. [|)]

I had Krystal burgers and Chili Cheese Pup for lunch today. They are so close to WC, yet I would choose WC if given a choice.
