Is it true that you have to go through streeteats to have a hot dog cart at Lowes? Can anyone help me with this? Thanks in advance.

This is correct, Street eats handles all the vendors for Home Depot and Lowes.

Not completely correct. Woody's Chicago Style has an agreement with Lowe's to supply carts at their locations. I don't believe it's a 100% nationwide agreement though. They have about 65 carts at Lowe's locatons, mostly in the west, Hawaii and one in Illinois. Most are in California and Colorado. I also know that in some areas of California, Home Depot has recently gotten rid of the hot dog vendors at their stores. I believe they did this in the Fresno area. I don't know about any other areas.

I've never seen a hot dog vendor at the HD stores in Rialto, Fontana or Mission Viejo.
