Just got back from SW Florida and ate at this place in Venice (there are two but we ate at the one in the strip mall). 16 inch plates full of great Italian food..veal, chicken, eggplant or pizzas. They warn you before you order about the portion sizes..they are huge and the food is great. I was the only one at my table who finished their plate..others brought their food home.small in size but great NYC style decor.What a find.Enjoy!!

My dad lives in Venice and when we go down we usually visit Luna's. I really like their food-HUGE portions like you said. The one in the strip mall was good-however if you go again try to go to the one on the Island I think they are even better!. They have pretty good cheesesteaks-which are hard to find in that area. Also in Venice is Amore's which was started by a former employee of Luna's. Good food too.
