MIlwaukee, WI food events

I just wanted to put this out there for the Milwaukee area people, since I know there is a few. There are 2 upcoming food events in the Milwaukee area. This weekend is the BIG PIG GIG in Menomonee Falls. This is a BBQ cook off and festival combination. There will be food vendors and live music (much better than that dead music stuff!) and it is located at Village Park in Menomonee Falls. Free admission.
The next event is called Sticky Fingers and is being held Sunday Oct. 21st (no Packer game) at the Waukesha County Expo center. For $10 you can sample local restaurants offerings of Chili, wings, ribs and ice cream. I attended this event last year with a friend and neither of us were able to try everything before we were stuffed to the gills.

Milwaukee is a great food town and has great festivals.
I always look forward to my visits there.

I stopped by the White Men can't smoke area on Saturday afternoon. How did you guys do in the competition? The sample rib you gave me was great - no sauce! YUM! Hope everything went well...
