And what was more interesting was the fact MSG is used in many everyday products such as fried chicken, sausages, doritos, soup stock, gravy, soy sauce, fish extract, dipping sauces, and parmesan just to name a few.

I've seen a show on tv that showed how people at msg and nothing was wrong with them and some were told they had msg and really didn't have any and they had ailments that were not caused by msg, it was all in their heads.

There was a soul food restaurant in Pittsburgh, Bob McCall's; I don't know that it's still there or not; anyhow, he had a cookbook, Down Home Cooking With a Touch of Class. Just about every single recipe called for Accent. I have to say, the food there was really, really good. I haven't been around for over 20 years, so again, I don't know that it's still there. Even back in the '80s, McCall was a huge man, he looked like he was working on a massive coronary. But that food was damn good.

I have a shaker of the stuff at home I use daily while cooking.  Love it.
