I was wondering if anyone could give me a recipe for making Maid Rite burgers like the ones I had in Quincy, IL, in 1972. I remember how good they were! I live in Texas and we don't have them here.

I suggest going to www.google.com and type in Maid-Rite + recipe. You should find what you need to make your own.

I've ate at Maid Rites in other places, but the original in Quincy is still the best, IMHO.
