At least at Kansas City Airport you have a 'branch' of Arthur Bryant's BBQ in the terminal !!!  When we stopped (on a roadtrip) for an early lunch at AB's a couple of years ago, we got there just as the place opened. The only other customer waiting for the door to open was a guy picking up a take-out order to enjoy on his flight later that morning! I must admit I have never hauled a BBQ picnic onto a flight!

Mar 52, I tend to be like you, I am intimidated by the possible delays and security schedules at airports. Once inside the secured are I seldom leave it !  (Plus I am very careful of what I eat during air travel....Aircraft Restrooms are not 'Large Mayor Friendly !!)

So even the hours I found on Google Maps are wrong! Curiouser & Curioser! Did they give a reason for the limited hours?

This is turning into a quest!  One way or another, I will eat there.

Sounds like a great adventure between flights. Leon's custard is perfection, in spite of what all the pro-Kopp's people say.

And just for the record, I have absolutely nothing to do with the conspi-- I mean, the strange coincidence that the Nite Owl is always closed when you try to go there.
