Mama Rosa's Pizzeriz/Charleston WV - Sun, 10/25/09 2:02 PM ( #1 )
My mom lives in West Virginia & I visit her about every 6-8 weeks.  She loves pizza &  a friend recommended Mama's Rosa's.  We both enjoy their pizza, I especially enjoy their crust- not too thick with a great crispy edge.  We have tried both the antipasta & greek salads,  very large & great homemade dressings.

This past week my 6 year old grandaughter,Cora, was with me & she loves breadsticks, so this time I also got an order of breadsticks with garlic butter & marinara dipping sauces.  The breadsticks are made fresh with Mama Rosa's own dough, no frozen breadsticks & are great.   Cora pronounced the breadsticks "the bestest ever"  & I agree with her.

Mama's Rosa's is located in a old Hardees building, so it is easy to call in your order & just drive thru & get your pizza.

Mama Rosa's is definitely the place for pizza for our family in Charleston.

Mama is from WV? She sure has some interesting non-Italian items on the menu:
